Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size or colour preferences. However, if your order arrives damaged, or incorrect due to manufacturing issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll be happy to replace or refund it. 

To request a replacement or refund, please email us at eire.urban1@gmail.com with the following:

1. Your order number

2. A brief description of the issue

3. Clear photos showing the problem (e.g. damage, misprint, wrong item)

Once we review your claim, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
